Delete Your Account

You can delete your Spotary account at any time, directly in the app. You do not need to contact us.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Spotary and go to your profile settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the information and confirm by tapping Delete.
What happens next
- Your account is immediately hidden and most of your content is no longer visible to others.
- Your account stays scheduled for deletion for 14 days. You can cancel the deletion by signing in again during this period.
- After this period, your account and all associated data (profile, entries, photos and videos, comments, reactions, followers, saved items and routes) are permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
- Limited data may be retained longer where required for legal obligations, dispute resolution or fraud prevention, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cannot access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app or your account, email us at [email protected] from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete your account and data. For other questions, contact [email protected].
